Summer Alexander
Director of Learning and Development, Simply Training Solutions
Summer Alexander is the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Simply Training Solutions, where she helps mid-to-senior level leaders sharpen their strategic thinking, improve their public speaking skills, and strengthen their ability to lead high-performing teams. With over 15 years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and coaching, she takes a human-centered and interactive approach to learning and creates a safe space for leaders to practice, engage, and grow. Summer holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Strategic Management from DePaul University, along with a DEI&B certification from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
